Morizon-Gratka Group, in an effort to provide its users with more detailed and precise information about properties and their surroundings, has decided to expand the functionality of Gratka.pl by fully integrating it with our Pointo.pl solution. Our previous cooperation has included the use of PointoAPI, an application for acquiring basic location data. The main objectives of the new project included:
Increasing the attractiveness of listings through comprehensive location analyses;

Thanks to the implementation, users can take advantage of our dedicated Pointo services in cities such as Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków, Katowice, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot, Gratka.pl. Property seekers can better analyze apartment and house listings for location, infrastructure and many other key factors. As part of the project, we customized the Pointo service in the SaaS model and fully integrated it with Gratka.pl’s services.
Users of the services gained access to groundbreaking functionalities such as:
Interactive maps with advanced location analyses, allowing evaluation of the attractiveness of an area directly from the listing level;
Detailed information about the infrastructure and surroundings, such as the availability of public transportation, schools, medical facilities, shopping and recreational areas;
